Agendar uma mensagem

Agenda uma mensagem para ser enviada em uma conversa. O horário precisa estar dentro da janela de atendimento aberta e a pelo menos um minuto de distância. Envie o cabeçalho Idempotency-Key para que um reenvio da requisição não crie uma segunda mensagem.

ScheduledAt is RFC3339 WITH the client's offset. The browser sends its
real timezone and the server stores UTC, so an operator in Manaus and one
in São Paulo picking "14:30" get two different instants, which is what
they both mean.
